Ocho Rios beach near dock?

Several years ago we visited Ocho Rios right after a hurricane. There was a village being constructed (which I believe today is Island Village), a beach where they charged $2 per person (extra for chairs, etc) that had a water trampoline. Is that still there and what is the charge now?
