Concierge on FReedom-/Adventure- What they do?

Hi;

 

We are traveling on the Freedom in June, Adventure next December in the RFS .We are used to the Concierge service on Disney and NCL ( no comment on the NCL concierge "service" we once had!) What can I expect?

On Adventure, the conceirge is Didi, and she is fabulous. She can help with specialty restaurant reservations, has ice show tickets, assists if you want the express luggage service (where your bags are checked at the pier for your flight), and will help if you have any disputed charges on your SeaPass. She'll also help, or try to help, with any issues that come up.

 

In our case, we had been promised an obc of $100 for transfering our booking to a TA. We never got the obc. We went to the purser's desk, and they basically said they didn't have a record of it. We told Didi about it, and she called the TA from the CL (no charge). Still didn't help us get the obc- we left the TA a voicemail, and still haven't heard from her, but Didi was nice enough to she what she could do. She also got a bogus charge for the soda sticker off our seapass.
