Hello everyone, we are sailing the Triumph in May and had a wedding set up for the day we are in Jamaica but now it looks like the cruise route has changed, was this because of the damage done by the storms that hit the area?

We are booking our flights thru Carnival, will they fly us out the day before?

How do I find the cost that Carnival air would be? I used to be able to ghost book on the sight to get it but seems I can't do that anymore.

Thanks,

Les

Cruise air is whatever is cheapest for the cruise line to get you to the port on time. If the day before is cheaper...they'll fly you out then. If "day of cruise" is cheaper...your flight is then. You can purchase a deviation to get some control over their decision.

We were in Jamaica after Ike, so I doubt the route change was because of Ike.

If you live close they may very well fly you in the day of the cruise and cut it fairly close, heard complaints on that issue. Some get a red eye flight. Hard to say since I cant see your location, which still would only be a hint.
