How long to received Diamond Welcome Pack?

We've been Diamond well over a year and have cruised four times since then. We have never received any formal letter or any package. The only thing that happened was that our cruise documents showed that we were Diamond and our Sea Passes show us to be diamond. We also got the Crown and Anchor gift on board, the same any other C&A passenger gets. Maybe Diamond Plus passengers get something better

We made diamond over two years ago and have not received anything but a form letter. I agree with the above that as long as it is in the computer I am OK. I don't know the reason for the pins. Only saw one person wear one in all my cruises and it came across a little showy IMHO.

Since our cruise only completed on 5th October, I thought that I would give their computer systems a bit of time to catch up... :)

They usually post the completed cruise credits to their website 2 weeks after your cruise was completed.
