Just back from the Zuiderdam - wonderful vacation!

Hi everyone, we just got back from the 9/29 sailing of the Zuiderdam and we had a wonderful time. If anyone has any questions about the ship or the ports, I am happy to answer them. We didn't use the ship's excursions though (other than the bus ride to Florence) so I cannot comment on those.

 

The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive and helpful. We also had AYWD and had no problems with it. We usually called in the morning to make a reservation for the same table for dinner in the dining room. Our server Zul was the best and took great care of us. I cannot eat gluten, so he made sure I had gluten-free bread as soon as I sat down and was able to make sure I had safe, delicious meals each night. If you have food allergies you know what a relief it is to have someone who understands your needs and is looking out for you in the kitchen.

 

I hope everyone who was on the ship had a nice time like we did.

I hope you plan on posting a review. It seems like we hear a lot more from those who weren't totally happy with their experience.
