Bonnie J. Posted October 16, 2008 #4 Share Posted October 16, 2008 The pursers' desk shopld help you if you know who they are. WE were recently on Carnival's Triumph. I knew my cousin was going on their Liberty. She got us to start thinking about cruising. There was a big price difference between the two ships so we went on a B2B. Imagine my surprise when the Liberty, doing eastern caribean, pulled into the other side of our pier in COZUMAL! The Liberty changed ports because of Hurrican Ike. The purser's desk emailed the Liberty we would meet my cousin at 11 on the pier. I wrote a note sayinbg thesame thing. When we got on the pier I took it right up their gangway and spoke to a secruity officer. He said don't worry, I'll see they get it. When they went to check out and put their card in, it said there was a meaasge for them at the other embarcation station. They went there and got my message! We met on the pier and had a great day together!
