Are the board timestamps not reset for the recent time change?

Timestamps appear to be off by 1 hour. Looks like they were not "turned back" on Sunday.

I thought the time stamps are always to UT (Universal Time) aka GMT (Grenwich (sp?) Mean Time). That provides a constant 24 hour clock and doesn't change for daylight savings. Therefore, the difference between your local time and the board time stamp will change by an hour when your local time shifts.

If I'm correct, then the time stamp on this should be around 11 PM.
