Advice Needed!!!

So we will be stopping in Guatemala on the NCL Spirit. Here is my dilemna. We want to do the waterfall tour. Looking on the NCL website it says the tour is about 3 hours. Since we are at port for about 10 hours that leaves a lot of extra time. After the waterfalls we would prefer to do something like laying out on the beach and relaxing. Can someone recommend an appropriate course of action to consume the rest of our time?
