Brokerage excursion companies... any good?

Just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with either Island Marketing or Grand Caymen Cruise Excursions? Looking to use either of these for 2 excursions. Don't know who they use for local companies. We hope to do the discover scuba at stingray city and the other as yet determined. Not much known about these as far as I can find out and they are not very responsive on returning emails. Legit? Do they refund if trip cancelled???

We have used Island Marketing in Grand Caymen. They were great to work with. Had no problems at all. Will be using them again in December.
