Unreliable Paris Shuttle Service

Just a heads up. For anyone needing a transfer to or from Paris. We had a bad experience with Parishuttle.com. They failed to pick up us from our Paris hotel going to CDG. After waiting for them to show up we almost missed our flight. We had prepaid 40 Euros for this service on our credit card. We have filed a dipute with the credit card company. Parishuttle has promised to credit our card. I'll believe it when I see it!

 

My recommendation would be to use another service or just take a cab. The cab only cost us a little more than the 40 Euros we had prepaid.

Thanks for heads up. I am booked with Airport Connection from CDG to Paris and then Paris back to CDG. I hope this is not the same company.

That's too bad, we've used them twice over the the past couple of years and they've been great. Sad to hear you had bad service.
