Pictures from underneath a cruise ship

Those are cool photos, but I'm a little disappointed they weren't Underwater photos. ;)
I've done hull inspection photog. back in the days when I used a 15mm. lens on the Nikonos

and trust me, it's not pretty.

It's the dive from hell.

 

Did inspect a cruise-ship's props one time, that was a bit more fun..

mainly coz there was a lot more light around.

In college I used to scuba dive a lot. One day in the caymans I was using a rig that had a slight leak so there was a constant stream of bubbles rising right behind my head. No big deal but it was a constant bubbling noise. I was down on the bottom in a reef canyon and the sun went out. I looked up to see a zeppelin floating over. Barnacles stuck on the bottom, bubbles streaming from a few spots. It just floated quietly overhead. Then at the end were two huge propellers turning slowly. Very cool. And me without a camera.
