Portside ..... Aft?

Hello,

We are taking our first cruise on RCCL's Majesty on November 15th. We are

on Deck 10, JS, 1588, PORTSIDE. Which side is that? Also, we have the first

sitting at dinner time, 6:00 p.m. I would think that the sunset will be when we

are eating dinner and that is formal night. I was thinking about saying those

four (4) special words to my girlfriend. Should I miss dinner and eat in our

room and go with the plan? Hmmmmmm.....

Easy way to remember, port and left have four letters.

 

Not sure which day you're popping the question, but the sun will probably already be down by 6pm. Sunset in Key West on 11-15-2004, for example, is 5:40pm.

Port=Left; Starboard=Right. I think any time on a cruise would be a good time for those special words. You could even get your waiter and the head waiter in on the act if you desired, and make your proposal over dinner.

November 16th will be our first stop at Nassau, Bahamas. The next day will

be CocoCay, it we are able to and then onto Key West. Maybe I will do it at

dinner time....
