The 'evening bistro' is an order from a menu type of service late into the night, offered at the Cafe Caribe. If I am not mistaken, this usually begins around 11:00 PM.

The Patisserie is the coffee bar where you can order speciality coffees and they also offer pastries. Speciality and brewed coffee there is a charge for if you don't purchase the coffee card, pastries are complimentary.

The Cafe Caribe is an extension of the Horizon Court, located directly behind it. They are open for breakfast lunch and dinner in a buffet setting much like the HC, only on a smaller scale. Evenings they offer a themed dinner buffet which changes each evening.

Re: Cafe Caribe, it does offer themed dinner buffets and the Horizon Court is closed during dinner. At breakfast, both are open, and the Cafe Caribe is often a quieter location although its choices are more limited since it is smaller At lunchtime, both buffets are usually open but have different offerings, Cafe Caribe is usually themed at lunch as well (the Mexican lunch buffet is particularly good.)
