Jewel of the Seas - Deck 3 Outside Cabin

Hi--This is our first cruise, so I am a total newbie when it comes to picking cabins. We will be sailing on "Jewel of the Seas" with Royal Caribbean. We chose an outside cabin, on deck 3 which is between passenger decks 2 and 4. We are mid-ship near the elevators (because my mom gets seasick) Anyone see any potential problems with this cabin selection that we should be aware of?? Thanks!

No problems. You will need to use the elevators a bit more than those on the higher decks, tho! That's not bad, just slower!

Our first two cruises were on Radiance class ships, on deck three. Our first cabin was 3582, a great lociation. Our second cruise was in cabin 3086. Both were great, no noise. We used the stairs a lot between deck 3 and 4. The Centrum bar was on 4 and the dining room was on 4. We needed the elevators for deck 11.

Deck 3 is really a very convenient location.
