Thanks for the post. I just checked my cruise yesterday and found the residency reduction. So far, our cruise has gone down $1,020 since we booked it in May. I don't think I have ever had one of my cruises discounted so much. Wonder if we will get lucky and have the fuel surcharge dropped.
