RCI Visa

Does anyone know if there is a way to use your visa for booking, before you've actually received the card? I'd like to book today, since the C&A coupons expire tomorrow, but don't have the card yet.

YOu would have to call them and have them give you the account # , expiration date, etc, and I highly doubt they would do it over the phone for identity theft reasons. I don't think it is going to work.

Go to the Bank of America website and sign up for online. You can contact the customer service dept there and actually talk to someone online. Do you have your credit card number? That would probably be the best way to find out what you need to do. In order to use your card to book you have to have the security number from the back of the card also.

I just went ahead and booked putting the deposit on my debit card.

Next question - when final payment is due will RC automatically use the card that I used for the deposit, or will I be contacted to make final payment (at which time I would use the RCI Visa)?

 

Sorry to sound so ignorant - it's just the first time booking directly with RC.

You will have to make final payment by going online My Cruises, select the reservation number and then Payments tab.

You can use any credit card that you want when making additional payments. They will not contact you, however, when final payment is due, so make a note of it.
