Will i get benefits from Platinum to Elite in middle of my next cruise?

I should have enough cruise days less than halfway through my 14 day cruise next spring.Will i get the benefits from Platinum to Ellite on this trip at the halfway point in regards to laundry,internet,leaving ship,etc?

If it is, it is certainly asking the question. Otherwise, larsen is right.

If it is, it is certainly worth asking the question. Otherwise, I think larsen is right.

It begins with your 16th cruise, or the following cruise after hitting the 150 day mark. You should receive your Elite membership package the last night of this next sailing. It never starts during a cruise when you hit the magic number. Sorry!

As the others have said, your status won't change in the middle of the cruise. I had enough days to go from Platinum to Elite just two days into my cruise last November but didn't get any Elite benefits until my Sapphire cruise in April. Believe me, I asked at the Captain's Circle desk while onboard and was told, only after the cruise was completed. :(

As the others have said, your status won't change in the middle of the cruise. I had enough days to go from Platinum to Elite just two days into my cruise last November but didn't get any Elite benefits until my Sapphire cruise in April. Believe me, I asked at the Captain's Circle desk while onboard and was told, only after the cruise was completed. :(

We're now at 138 days and you can bet we made sure our next cruise is long enough (14 days) so we won't have the same situation as Pam. Since we generally only cruise once a year we probably won't reap the benefits (particularly the free laundry) until 2010. :(
