Kathylovescruises Posted November 10, 2008 #1 Share Posted November 10, 2008 If we do the beach break in Belize, will we have time to shop around? Are tere any stores near the ship in the port Never been there before. Thanks Kathy
npb1894 Posted November 10, 2008 #2 Share Posted November 10, 2008 You tender in Belize, so there is nothing near the ship. We did the Beach Break in Belize and the tender takes you directly to the beach, not to the city of Belize. There were 2 small gift shops on the island. I am pretty sure that you would have to take the tender back to the ship and then get on another tender that takes you to town.
msmarvel Posted November 11, 2008 #3 Share Posted November 11, 2008 Just got off the Pearl and did the snorkel/beach break excursion. We got back to the ship in plenty of time to grab a bite and take a tender back to the port and had plenty of time to shop. We just stayed at the port shops, which there are plenty of, not sure what the actual town has to offer.

If it's an 8:30 excursion that's 5 hrs long, you should be back to the ship by 1:30. they will also tell you the time of the last tender to get back to the ship. Just do the math and you'll be able to figure out how long you have.
Kathylovescruises Posted November 11, 2008 Author #5 Share Posted November 11, 2008 Thanks! Just wanted to make sure that there were some stores near the port. I think our beach thing is 4 hours, so we should be able o do a little shopping, too! Kathy:D
