Does anyone know what the smoking policy for the ship Miracle is?

You can smoke in your room, and on your balcony (if you have one).

 

The major public areas (dining rooms, show lounges) are non-smoking, but several bars will allow smoking. When you get onboard, see the Capers guide, it will list specifically which areas allow smoking.
