We did it yesterday my girlfriend and I made the goat cheese souffle and it was delicious. We were missing the atmosphere and the ocean but it is one of our favorite appetizers, and I know alot of people were going to try making it and let me tell you it is not as hard as it looks.

Ok, I'll bite, how hard was it?

Was it harder than steel, was it softer than wood? Inquiring minds want to know!

It took up counter space as well as alot of pans but it wasn't hard and the end result is worth it

There was a Cruise Cuisine website that had the recipe posted several months ago, don't know if it is still there. I have a copy if you want I can fax or scan it to you.

Something to try:

Get some flavored (i.e. what herbs/spices you like) goat cheese. Get some rare/medium rare roast beef. Combine in a pita (low carb if you must). Nuke it in the microwave for about a minute or so. 3 minute splendor.

You could probably also use feta (but still recommend a seasoned one or do it yourself).

We got all of the stuff at a deli and it was wonderful. You probably could do the same with lamb or duck. Pork and chicken, the tastes of the meat would probably get killed.
