kevin priestley Posted April 5, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 5, 2004 We did it yesterday my girlfriend and I made the goat cheese souffle and it was delicious.We were missing the atmosphere and the ocean but it is one of our favorite appetizers,and I know alot of people were going to try making it and let me tell you it is not as hard as it looks. raudacruise Posted April 6, 2004 #16 Share Posted April 6, 2004 Something to try: Get some flavored (i.e. what herbs/spices you like) goat cheese. Get some rare/medium rare roast beef. Combine in a pita (low carb if you must). Nuke it in the microwave for about a minute or so. 3 minute splendor. You could probably also use feta (but still recommend a seasoned one or do it yourself). We got all of the stuff at a deli and it was wonderful. You probably could do the same with lamb or duck.
