Could any one tell me about this program and how you go about signing up for it?

Princess has been having these contests lately -- 3 in the past 3 months that I know of. They send of emails to some of their mailing database announcing the contest. This time, the first 100 people to respond by checking their online circle account won onboard credits. Some people did not get emails, but just happened to check their accounts when the contest kicked off. It is too late to "Dash for Cash", but don't be surprised if there is another contest in a month or so.

The email being sent out is a Princess eNewsletter - the email has the subject line "Your Latest Princess Update". A portion of the email has "Dash for Cash" promotion which states:
