Beginners Scuba - Grand Cayman or Roatan

I have the choice of taking beginners scuba at these two ports. Any recommendations on which would be better? Any help is much appreciated.

They are both great places to see underwater. I would go with the one that is cheaper.

 

Grand Cayman is known to have rougher water at times so you have an increased chance of getting cancelled there.
