Allura Catamaran Sail to Stingray City Sandbar... then what?

My girlfriend and I have never been to GC. We have signed up for the Allura Catamaran Sail to Stingray City Sandbar excursion. This runs from till 11:45am and our ship does not leave until 4pm. With 4 hours to explore GC, what would you recommend we see? Thanks in advance!
