reliable shuttle Anchorage/Whittier

We ( 8 of us ) will just be coming off a 6 day land tour ( self driven) and will need a reliable shuttle to get us from Anchorage to Whittier for our Princess cruise leaving port at 9:30 pm. Date for shuttle is Saturday July the 18th 2009. A super 8 hotel pick up in Anchorage would be nice if possible.

As only my opinion, the Super 8 is barely OK, but frankly in a pretty less than desirable area of Anchorage. Not real convenient to most touring.

We are looking for the same thing, for 2 of us. And I think I might book the Girwood Shuttle. I have never been to Alaska so I have been doing a lot of research and so far they seem to be the best for price and our schedule. Although I am hoping to keep the rental car all the way to Whittier so we can stop along the way.
