Snorkling?

My hubby and I are going on Carnival...and leaving on Saturday. Nothing like waiting until the last minute, but if you had your choice between La Romana or St Thomas to snorkle in, which do you think would be better? Please let me know......THANK YOU!

I've booked a cat sail & snorkel for next month's Grand Princess cruise.

This is my first visit to La Romana.

We went to St Thomas and Coki Beach. We enjoyed it very much and had no complaints about this beach. Be sure to bring along an underwater camera too.

Sapphire Beach on St. Thomas has good snorkeling as well along the reef, and has better amenities - and no vendors - than Coki. However I think Coki has more fish - while the reef at Sapphire was more interesting. JMO
