Did anyone else recieve this offer?

Yesterday I recieved an invitation in the mail from Carnval to book a suite at the Pallazzo hotel in Las Vegas for up to four nights at no charge to me. This offer caught my attention because my wife and two daughters and I already had plans to go to Vegas in Januarary. So I called the Pallazzo and sure enough it's not a joke. They comped us three nights in a sweet plus $150.00 of slot play. I thought there would be a catch but they said the only stipulation is that I have to join there players club, which is free. She explained that there players club has recently teamed up with Carnival so points earned in a Carnival casino can be used at the Palazzo casino as well. I looked up the value of this Suite they booked for me and for three nights it would cost me over a thousand dollars. The invitation stated this offer was for return cruisers only, so those of you that are repeat cruisers keep an eye out for this invitation. If your thinking about going to Las Vegas.

Any idea on how to get one of these offers. Do we need to join a players club on Carnival?

I got it too. I think you have to take a timeshare tour as part of the deal.

I thought the same thing. but I read all the small print and asked the Pallazzo rep that exact question and she said absolutely not. The only thing she said I had to do is join there club Graizie, which is the name of there players club. And there is no mention of a time share or having to listen to a speech are anything like that in the small print on the invitation.

Wonder how I can get my hands on one. Is there an offer code or something we as repeat carnival customers can use? I love carnival and I love vegas (I just got back from Vegas over Thanksgiving).

Cheers!

There is a promo # and a offer code but I don't know if these #s are just for my invitation. Other invitations might have different #s. There is a web sight www.carnivalplayersclub.com I have not been to the sight, but the card says you can recieve info at that sight about the program.

The deal is legit. My 21 year old son got the offer last weekend and I didn't! But, my daughter works for the Venetian Resort so, we quickly called her. She said they are validating the offers left and right and everyone is taking the offer and running with it! There is no trick. GO FOR IT and have some fun!

I got the offer a couple of weeks ago. Then the very next day they announced on the news that that particular casino and one other one were very close to having to declare bankruptcy!!

We were interested in the offer until we heard that and then didn't look into it any further. Do you have to pay anything in advance? What happens if they do have to close their doors before you get to go?

that might be the whole point. get a lot of people in there that cruise(stereotype) have lots of money. since they didnt pay for the room they have disposible income to gamble(lose) and thus the casino makes a lot of money in a short period of time. seems like a good marketing strategy to me.

Vegas it's self is hurting very bad for people with money. The town is taking a huge hit with the economy the way it is.

Thanks for posting this. I will check out the website you posted, PNFAM, this could save us a bit of $$ on our next trip and that of course means more cruise money!

The venetian/palazzo are running this deal pretty regularly all winter for their club grazie members, and for affiliated clubs.

I haven't cruised yet, but I've been to Vegas, and i got this exact offer twice through my club Grazie card and through my Harrah's card.

Midweek free room offers are becoming more and more common thanks to the economy putting the hurt on vegas.

Also, not to dumb down your delight, but the Palazzo and the Venetian are both "All-Suite" hotels-- Don't expect a huge high roller suite or anything. Their basic room is just *slightly* larger than a normal hotel room and divided by a small step and railing into a living area with a couch and a bed area. No separate rooms or anything. Rather like the cat 10/11 on CCL or a minisuite on Princess, in fact. Still quite nice, and a good location on the strip.

I get about 5 of these offers per week from vegas and atlantic city, but the idea of wasting 5 vacation days and NOT getting a weekend ruins it for me. That plus airfare from boston.

The promo number/offer codes are not unique to you, but their system knows who is eligible for it. This cross-promotion is the result of Carnival Players Club and Club Grazie sharing their information. If you don't gamble more than a couple bucks on carnival you aren't likely to be eligible. After all, when it comes down to it, the venetian is interested in bringing in GAMBLERS, not CRUISERS (unless you happen to be both).

My offer was for the Siena suite, which is 1280 square feet, 2 bathrooms, separate bedroom, dining area, 3 TVs (42" in bedroom!) and more. We are going on Dec 14th!

I just went to their website....You can sign up for club Grazie online, there is also a link to some information about Carnival. Under Club Grazie just click on promotions. There is a number to contact them 702-414-4116, I think I will call and inquire as I am planning a trip to Vegas in June.
