Best Western Miami Airport

We are flying into Miami a day early for our cruise in March and leaving early afternoon the day after we come back to get the best airfare. The past 2 years we've stayed at HI Bayside but been there, done it, don't need to do it gain. We won't be getting into Miami until early evening. I saw that the Best Western offers not only shuttle to from the airport but also to the port so I think it would be a good choice but would like to ask your opinions. Also, I thought we might stay there post-cruise too; would they pick us up at the port as long as we're staying the night?

 

Also, since we're not heading home the day we disembark, I would like to go to the Everglades. We could take the NCL tour which is 3 1/2 hours, costs $51 pp and takes us back to the Miami airport (where we could catch the hotel shuttle) but I was wondering if we would be able to get a tour at the hotel or nearby.
