I haven't done this combo yet but my husband and I are booked for early Feb. We could only find two places that offered it.

 

1) Ocho Rios Tour (different than Ionie McBeam's Ocho Rios Tours)

We went with Yardie Tours because we couldn't find any reviews on Cruise Critic for the other place yet we read several positive comments about Yardie Tours. Plus, they were a bit cheaper and guaranteed on time return to the cruise ship. Here is a link to some reviews:
