Ship vs Island Time in Eastern Caribbean

I understand that Celebrity ship time might be 1 hour behind island time in Tortola (and maybe other Eastern Caribbean islands).

 

Example: 7am ship time = 8am local time in Tortola

 

Can anyone definitively confirm this?

From what I understand, it depends on the Captain, sometimes they change the time, and sometimes they don't!

 

It's kinda like, sometimes you feel like a nut, and sometimes, you are!

I have been on 4 caribbean cruises and the night before you get a little reminder card on your pillow with your chocolate to either fall back or spring forward one hour. I have always gotten a card to change the time to local island time on my four cruises. The latest cruise being June of this year. Hope this helps.
