It isn't in South Beach the location is Mid Beach. The part of Collins Avenue is on is not walker friendly and is very busy.

You are about a mile north of South Beach.

OH..OK ? I had read somewhere that is was located in the quiet end of South Beach. That's the only reason I wrote that. I believe it is directly across the steet from "The Palms" and "The R.I.U Hotel" . In any event it does look like a safer area then alot of others their I have seen. Anyone have any other info about this Hotel or the area ? Thanks and have a great night..:)

I have only been to that area once, last October. I was out during the day by myself and felt perfectly safe. At night we drove to SB and left the car near the Lincoln mall and walked to dinner from there. SB is an interesting place with a very nice hotel beside a couple that of hotels that look like they used to be nice hotels. Try to look at the area on google earth for a better idea.
