hours for chops and Portofino?

I have just checked the hours that Portofino and Chops open for

LOS and it is listed on the RCL site as 7-10P When I went to put in a reservation the first hour available is 5:30P On the AOS we had a reservation for 6P. I know that with some ships the times change. Does anyone know the time these restaurants open on LOS? I would like to make a 6:30P but am afrais it will go in then we will get on the ship and then they will say oh there is no such time.

You'll be fine with a 6:30 reservation--whether that time is available, you won't know until you try it!

We usually make our reservations for 6:30 PM, and everything has always been fine.
