Ruby dinner menus

Hi everyone! I am leaving on the Ruby mid January and was wondering if anyone either has the menus, or can tell me which nites are which. I want to make reservations for sabatinis but dont want to miss certain things in the dining room. I appreciate it, thanks!

I don't remember much but the following:

 

We actually liked the embarkation dinner the best on the new menus - go figure.

Sunday - Formal night not lobster night

Monday- Caribbean night - I think because you could get jerk chicken and I had wanted some that day in Jamaica, but no time.

Thursday - Formal night with lobster

 

There is a thread about 2 weeks ago that has a link to pictures of the Ruby menus. I think those menus are accurate for the current sailings. I reviewed them before I left.

are menus fleetwide?
