best reefs for snorkel in cozamel

Our ship (Norwegian Pearl) offers a 2 reef and 3 reef snorkel excursion. It does not say where these reefs are though. Can anyone tell me the best reefs to snorkel at are and if they can recommend an independent tour guide for it or if it is best to go with the ship. Also, we are considering trying snuba in Cozamel. Does anyone know where this is offered, if it is physically demanding and if you can see more things with snuba than snorkeling. My husband and son have snorkeled before off Key Largo in Florida, but this is our first cruse and trip to the carabean.
