What's the best way to book?

I am planning my second Seabourn voyage and I am looking forward to it. Last time, we used a travel agent. Should we do so again? How do people who are Seabourn regulars usually book? On a website, with a cruise wholesaler, travel agent or seabourn direct? Thanks

I've booked cruises through Seabourn directly and also through a cruise specialist website (which I can't name, but it's the one you see all the time!) The internet site gave me $150 shipboard credit once. And they do a great job. I think it's just your preference, really. I also like booking directly with Seabourn...their consultants are always so helpful.

The best way is to get your 5 % on board. Then, either do a deal there, and pass on the booking to your TA for more discounts or hold your 5 % up, until you see a better deal. It also depends on the country from which you are booking. ( nearly put a preposition at the end of a sentence :eek: )

I strongly suggest booking through a qualified TA. If things go smoothly an internet agency or Seabourn directly is fine. But is there is the slightest problem you want someone to work on your behalf. It doesn't cost any more so why not take advantage of someone's expertise.
