Veendam Verandah?

I have 3 connecting cabins, can you access each other via the verandah onboard the Veendam?

Sorry with alot of questions of late, I was not planning on a verandah when I booked this cruise one year ago!

From the deck plans online it looks like only 2 staterooms per side actually connect together, not sure where 3 would connect.

 

I THINK you can ask the room steward to swing back the doors on the verandas.

 

I'm not sure though. Some ships they're configured differently, and they would block entrance to the stateroom.

 

Anyone know for sure on the Veendam? Does it matter which deck/staterooms?

We have only stayed in the S Delux suites on the Veendam and her sister ships -- you can not get from one verandah to the other one -- the partions do not have a door that opens.

Sorry -- I do not know about the other categories.

We were on the Veendam in October in a Verandah cabin on Deck 9, and as I recall there was no way to open the dividers between cabins. The verandahs on these cabins are so much deeper than other ships that swinging the partions open would block the cabin door out to the verandah. I know there was no door in the divider panels.

All that said ...this is to the best of our memory.
