Emergency Services Discount?

Has anyone ever inquired about an emergency services discount with Carnival? Police, Fire, Ambulance? I know that some lines offer this.

I see on another web site that Holland America and Costa offer discounts for Fire Fighters and Police, but no metntion of CCL. I use my Military and Interline Discounts and asked a PVP if my BIL was eligible for a discount with his police ID and the answer, at the time over a year ago, was No.
