I would also like to know the same info for my cruise in February. My plan is to take the bus to Folkstone and catch the west water adventure glass bottom snorkeling boat. Is there any one that has done this and has advice of the best way to do this?

It sounds easy to do - I am thinking of going there again in February and the public bus sounds like an interesting experience. Folkestone is up the west coast from the dock - not too far. It's a public beach nestled into a poshy area.
