Camp Carnival an option with a 21-month-old?

My son will be 21 months old when we cruise this year. Will he be allowed to attend Camp Carnival? It says that two is the minimum age, but not sure if they still allow slightly younger children to attend. Thanks!

I wish I could, but he doesn't turn two until November, after cruising season to the area we're going is over. darn it.

He cannot go to Camp Carnival per se. But he can go to "group babysitting" and you will pay for him by the hour.

 

During port days and at night after 10pm, they open up Camp Carnival to "Under 2s group babysitting"
