Brilliance, Egypt and lunch

We will on the Brilliance in April with a stop in Egypt. We are looking into one of the trips to the pyramids. The description indicates "stop at a local hotel for lunch". What kind of food can we expect? Will it be "local cuisine"? We have taken other shore excursions (Russia, Italy) and the lunch served with the tour was "local". We are looking forward to the experience, but were wondering what to expect.

Did the pyramid/camel ride last summer and we stopped at a country club for lunch and it was local food, buffet style (pita, rice, kebobs, salads)

Thanks. We're looking at the "Classic Cairo" tour. I've received some advice the museum is better than Memphis and King Ramses.
