Matsonbrat Posted January 25, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2009  If a passenger has a lecture with a CD aid, does Carnival accomodate if it is appealing and usual by providing the room and CD projector?? I have given a program locally about the secret air base in NV and the story of the U-2 and A/12(SR-71) testing there from 1956 on by the CIA. The CD was produced by an organization of persons who worked there (CIA, USAF, contractors called "Roadrunners Internationale" out of Vegas) . I was CIA and worked on the program overseas (U-2 overflights of USSR) and then in S. Calif supporting all three spies-in-the-skies top secret projects in the early 60's. Think I have been on cruises that had lectures by passengers in the past.
alphakitty Posted January 25, 2009 #2 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Yes, it is possible....usually the lectures are about the culture of the people and places the cruise is visiting. I just read an article on this recently. http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/01/16/AR2009011601979.html

LynneL Posted January 25, 2009 #4 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Contact the cruiselines. I'd love to hear something like that while on a cruise. Sounds very interesting.
Matsonbrat Posted January 25, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted January 25, 2009 Never had much interest as that was a FBI man . Mark Felt just died here in Santa Rosa also.
