worry wart Posted January 29, 2009 #1 Share Posted January 29, 2009 I though I read somewhere that Dolphin swims end at 2:00 PM. Is this true? Our ship doesn't get to Cozumel till 1:00 PM. Also are there two different types of swims with the dolphins?
Evil Scotsman Posted January 29, 2009 #2 Share Posted January 29, 2009 Let me start by saying I havent even been on myfirst cruise yet (8 days and counting) but my son and his gf are doing the dolphins in Coz. I have researched this quite extensively, and there are 3 levels. One basically stand on the platform and touch the dolphins, 2. get in the water and play a little bit, 3 swim with, dorsel fin ride, get thrown up in the air. Prices range from about $70 US to $150 US. www.dolphindiscovery.com There are many tour operators to get you there, but as best as I can decipher there is only one dolphin pond. Start by Googling Dolphin Swim in Cozumel Hope this helped!
cruisernh Posted January 29, 2009 #3 Share Posted January 29, 2009 If your ship offers the excursion then probably they will have times set aside for the cruise ship passengers. We booked through the ship and have different times then posted through discovery
