Freeport - Making our tour in time?

We are in Freeport from 8-4 and were looking into taking a tour with Sanddollarcruises. However, the first cruise goes out at 9am. We are worried that we might not be able to make it from the cruise ship once it docks, over to the market area (where they are located) for the 9am tour. We don't have the $ to pay for a personal taxi, so we would have to take the shuttle for $5 per person and wait for it to fill. Does anyone know if it fills quickly once a ship docks, or will we be cutting it too close? We can book an excursion through the ship, but they just don't look as exciting as Sanddollar's!

He will wait. We did this and LOVED it. Cruise ship excursion was going out with 60 passengers and we had a total of 7 passengers. Great guy, great time.
