I'm going to be in St Martin on my daughter's birthday and would like to call to wish her a happy birthday. What would be the best/least expensive way to do this?

We go to St. Maarten every year. I found the best and cheapest way to call the states was from my cell phone. I have Verizon and I have International Roaming activated. If you have a cell you might want to check with your service to see what they offer.
