Necker Island

I sat outside on the Ferry from Tortola to Virgin Gorda so did not hear all the commentary. Did we pass Necker Island? I saw an island with an amazing house and a lot of people were taking pictures. Just wondering if that was it?????

Yes. You will most likely pass necker island on your way to virgin gorda. As you know it is private, owned by richard Branson. You often see helicopters

dropping off his guests. Yes it has some big buildings

If you are on a ferry going from Road Town to Spanish Town Virgin Gorda you come nowhere near Necker Island. I would bet you saw Buck Island off of Totola sincwe the ferry goes right past it. There is a huge house on it. See photo.
