Your favorite "Les Roulettes"

We're cruising again on the Tahitian Princess next May. When we were in Papeete last time, we tried a Roulette one night. It made us sick for 2 days afterwards! But, we're gluttons-for-punishment and want to try it again.

 

So, which one was your favorite?

we didn't try them last time we were there, but probably will this time since we have pre and post cruise time. So, what did you have that made you sick?

We shared a plate of chow mein that we watched them cook up and serve. Smelled and looked great! We were both doubled over with stomach cramps that came intermittently for the next 2 days. Wow, we never experienced anything like that before and we are travelers that go to Mexico often and eat in the barios! (Like I said, 'glutton-for-punishments') Oh well ... it won't stop us from trying it again, and actually, I can't wait to return.

Just a little correction...they're actually roulottes, not roulettes.

 

They're certainly one of the most reasonable ways to eat in French Polynesia.
