Goofymom2005 Posted February 17, 2009 #1 Share Posted February 17, 2009 Just wondering if others have suggestions for getting to the port of Miami this March. I heard that a taxi is anywhere from $50 TO 100 and a Limo/Car service is about $75 plus tip or does NCL have a shuttle?
rubytue Posted February 17, 2009 #2 Share Posted February 17, 2009 Go Shuttle is right outside luggage claim. $21/pp. I know some people swear by SAS shuttle, but I could never get a response. As for leaving the port, we planned to take a taxi to MIA then the train to FLL. Turns out, there are lots of shared vans waiting for you at the port. Ours was $25/pp.
Caribbean Sunsets Posted February 17, 2009 #3 Share Posted February 17, 2009 I would recommend SAS. The website is ridesas dot com. On our November cruise, others in our group used them and when they discovered that they would arrive way too early at the port, Steve knew they were part of our group so he suggested they meet us at our hotel. He didn't have to suggest that or take the extra few minutes out of his way but he did and that says a lot to the level of service. Good Luck!:)

Prphan2 Posted February 19, 2009 #5 Share Posted February 19, 2009 In 2007 it cost us $30 fare + tip from FLL to the port. For us, definately the way to go!
