I've not used them but if you do a search of this forum for Island Marketing there appears to be lots of information.

We took a private tour with Island Marketing to Dunns Falls and then River Tubing down the White River in Jamaica, July 2007. Our driver/guide was Paul and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and explained things about the island. We felt very safe with him and he assured us that our belongings would be safe in the van while climbing the Falls and River Tubing.

 

We had a blast in Ocho Rios and had a positive experience with Island Marketing.

We are using Island Marketing in Cozumel in April. Reviews on the Cozumel board are all positive.

I'm glad to hear all of the positives. I am thinking about booking in Jamaica (zipline and ATV tour) and the xrail tour in Cozumel.
