T-Mobile Blackberry on Mexico cruise?

BOYFRIEND and I are going on the Sapphire Princess in 3 weeks. He has a T-mobile blackberry that he uses to check his email.

Does anyone know if he will have internet service while we are at ports (PV, Cabo, and Mazatlan)? If so, will there be a roaming charge or is there any other hidden charges?

Thanks in advance for any information you can give me!

I also have a TMobile Blackberry. Is it a must for him to check his email while you two are cruising? If so, have him turn off the data stream portion until you get to port. Then, when he turns it on, he'll receive all of the data while in port. If he receives the data while on the ship it is much more expensive. It is still very expensive to send/receive data while in port in Mexico, but less than it costs on the ship.

I would recommend calling TMobile though to find out the exact cost of the data stream in EACH port, as it may vary. I just remember it being soooo expensive that it was prohibitive for me to use it, so I shut mine off completely.
