How far is the ride for river tubing from the port??

i really dont want to drive around dominica, been there done that, i am playing it safe:)

To access the river tubing, you need to first go the Emerald Pool which is 45 minutes drive from the pier then turn around after visiting the Pool and travel for another 20 minutes to the river's edge where we do the tubing. From the landing point, you need to travel for another 30 minutes to get back to the pier. That itinerary is priced at US$47.00.

Should you prefer to go directly from the ship to the river tubing start point, then it's only 40 mintes drive + the 30 minutes going back.

Price for private services for the above for 2 persons is US$150.00.

Tubing lasts 1 hr 15 min.
